Dear Parents and Guardians:
As we begin to welcome somewhat warmer temperatures, please remember that if your child is wearing shorts, they can not be shorter than their fingertip length when placing their hands at their sides. If shorts are too short, parents will need to bring shorts for their child to change into. If sandals are worn, there needs to be straps on the back and socks need to be worn. Finally a reminder that students(K-5th) should be in blue polos on Thursdays. Thank you in advance for supporting our dress code.
Thanks for a great week of purchasing SCRIP to help fundraise for our school! Keep purchasing SCRIP for all your shopping needs, as well as home repairs, new summer wardrobe and any restaurants!
Spring Concert: A reminder that our Spring Music Concert will be held at Twining Park on Wednesday, May 26 at 6:30pm. The bleacher seating at the bandshell is somewhat limited so I would encourage your family to bring chairs/blankets for the concert. Students are to be wearing their tie dye shirts
Final Day of School Year: A reminder that our final day for 4K and 5th Grade students will be on Tuesday, June 1. The final day for K-4th graders will be Wednesday, June 2. The release on June 2 will be at 11:10, with no lunch being served.
Pool Party: This year Home and School will be sponsoring a pool party for our students K-5th on Tuesday, June 1. We will walk down to the pool and the party will go from 1:00-2:30 pm. Please have students bring their swimming suits, sunscreen, goggles and swim toys in a bag to school. They will change and walk to the park. We look forward to a great way to end our school year!
MUSIC FUNDRAISER: Here’s your chance to have the beauty of the historic St. Clare of Assisi Parish Rose Window in your home and help our school music program at the same time! Parishioner and photographer Joe Tomasiewicz captured the window’s stunning beauty in a recent photograph, and he has graciously offered to facilitate a fundraiser for the music programs of the parish and school through sales of canvas prints of this image.
A 24” x 24” canvas is displayed in the gathering space of St. Victor Church.
Orders will be accepted until noon Sunday, May 23. Orders will arrive by July 1 for your pick-up at the parish office.

All proceeds will go to the music ministries of the parish, such as buying music for the men’s and youth choirs, and items for the school music program.
