Thanks to those families who have turned in their tuition contracts, if you have not please do so ASAP. If your intentions about attending St. Victor School next fall have changed, could you please let us know.
Penny War: Congratulations to the 3rd grade for raising (as a class) $265.37! The total amount we raised as a school was $1,291.72. This money was sent to the Diocese of Madison for the fundraising efforts of St. Jude Preschool in Jacmel, Haiti! We are so excited to be part of this wonderful project!
Home and School Meeting: We look forward to your presence on the night of the Home and School General Meeting. This meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:00 pm in the gym. In today’s family envelope, you will receive the invite, agenda, treasurer’s report, and minutes from last fall’s meeting. Please plan to join us for this meeting. We have a lot to discuss that evening.
HELP WANTED: Due to increasing enrollment St. Victor School is looking to add a classroom aide that will be working mainly with first graders for the 24-25 school year. If you love working with children in a faith-based learning environment, please reach out to Joe Peters at St. Victor School: at (608)325-3395 or email: joepeters@stvictormonroe.org. This position is between 20-25 hours per week.
Field Trip Updates: As we begin to wind down this school year, I wanted to update you on the following field trips (not all field trip permission slips have gone out yet, but will be coming):
4th grade to Monroe Arts Center (walking) April 30
4th/5th to State Capitol and Wisconsin Museums May 1
6th grade trip to Milwaukee May 15
5th grade trip to Kalahari May 20
2nd/3rd trip to Dubuque River Museum May 21
K/1st trip to Henry Vilas Zoo May 29
End of the year swimming party (All K-6) May 30
A reminder NO SCHOOL on Friday, April 26 for St. Victor School only.
6th Grade Friday Fun Day: A reminder to sign your child up for an afternoon of fun on Friday, May 3. This is the primary fundraiser for our 6th grade graduation party. The 6th graders and their parents have a wonderful afternoon planned during our early release time, so take a couple of hours for yourself and support our 6th graders at the same time! You can sign up by letting Jenni know.
Vacation Bible School Sign Up: VBS will take place the week of June 10-13, 1:00-4:30 pm. It is going to be a great week of learning and growing in our faith! The link to sign up is here, we hope you can join us:
