Dear Parents and Guardians:

We are one week away from our spring concert! This will take place (weather permitting) at the Twining Park Band Shell. There are bleachers at the park, but I would also encourage you to bring a chair to sit on. Students should wear nice yet casual clothing for the concert. No costumes, props, hats, jeans, or shirts with words or logos. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SHORTS ARE APPROPRIATE IN LENGTH(should not be shorter than the students fingertips when they put their hands at their sides.)

We will be giving away the 6th Grade Baskets the night of the concert, raffle tickets are still available and will be sold that night at the concert. Thank you so much for your support of our graduates.

Congratulations to Mrs. Debbi Sabatke who was nominated for this year’s NBC15 Crystal Apple Award. We appreciate all the great work Debbi does with our 4K students. We are truly blessed to have such amazing teachers working with our students and community.

Updates or Changes: Please notify us of any changes in your mailing address and email address so when it is time for our summer mailing we have the right information.

Help Wanted: We have two aide positions open at school for the 23-24 school year. We are looking for a 4K aide to work approximately 32 hours a week (4 days M-Th) from 7:45-3:15 and one aide to work in our Kindergarten program next year from 7:45-12:00 M-F. If you are interested in either of these positions please stop by or request an application from the office. Our goal is to begin interviews in the near future. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please contact me at school.

June 10 Liturgy: Please plan to join us for mass on Saturday, June 10. This will be a going away for Fr. T., he does not know that the students will be reading and singing, so let’s make it a great celebration for him. Following mass the Knights of Columbus will be having a meal to honor Fr. T. (your family does not need to be at the meal, but would be great for you to be at mass).

As the year continues to move quickly to its end, thank you so much for your support of our school and parish community. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at school (608)325-3395 or via email (joepeters@stvictormonroe.org).

God Bless,

Joe Peters

Principal
