Dear Parents and and Guardians:
I hope that everyone enjoyed the snow day yesterday! A reminder that the School District of Monroe will make the call on weather related days off as long as they have students in their buildings. You should have received both an email and a text from school to inform you of this. If you did not receive these, please let me know. When it is a one day snow day, we will plan on it being just a “snow day” a day off from learning (although there are many things students could be doing at home: read a book, practice spelling, work on flash cards, do IXL, work on a art project, etc.) If we are looking at a few days off in a row, we will then switch to virtual learning.
Catholic Schools Week: Next week we will celebrate National Catholic Schools Week! It is a time to celebrate our uniqueness as a school as we join students from all over the nation who attend Catholic Schools. I have included again in this email, the list of events for the week. We have special dress ups each day, we hope your child will join us in making this week special for all.
Parent Teacher Conferences: Please make sure you sign up for PT conference times via sign up genius. I have included the links again for each grade level. If your child works with Mrs. Booth she will be reaching out to you to set up a time as well.

Calendar 2021-22: I have also attached the current calendar for the 2021-22 school year. Please note there are two days (Sept. 24 and Feb. 7) that are school days that only St. Victor School is off for professional development with the Diocese of Madison. Please also note that early release days will continue on Fridays, I am unsure as to what time this early release will take place.
Milk Break: Please don’t forget if your child is planning on taking milk break milk, the payments are due by Feb. 5. The cost for K-5th is $36.45 and $29.70 for 4K. If you have questions please feel free to call school and Jenni will get you all set up.
4K Intent Forms: We ask that you return your intention form for Kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at school.
