Dear Parents and Guardians:
There has been a change in the COVID guideline email that was sent to you earlier this morning. Starting TOMORROW, THURSDAY, JAN. 13 ALL STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK. The cases continue to rise, just to inform you that between close contacts and positive cases we have reached 13% of our student population out. Our goal continues to keep students and staff safe, and we appreciate your support moving forward with this.
Substitute Teachers Needed: As COVID continues to play havoc with staffing issues for many businesses, we are looking to increase our substitute teachers. For you to substitute for St. Victor School you need to have a four year degree. This degree can be in any academic area. If you are interested in learning more about being a substitute at St. Victor School, please contact me at school.
Lunchroom Volunteers Needed: If you are interested in helping out in our cafeteria from 10:30-1:30 (or even as a substitute) your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for considering. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
STAR testing: Our winter STAR testing window will take place between Jan. 10-Feb. 3. Each homeroom teacher will reach out to you to let you know the specific dates for the STAR testing for your child.
Monday, Jan. 17: There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, Jan. 17. This is to celebrate the Martin Luther King holiday and is a district-wide day off.
Monday, Feb. 7: There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, Feb. 7. This is a St. Victor School only, and fulfills two days set aside by the Diocese of Madison for professional development.

Milk Break for Second Semester: If your child is continuing to take milk break we need payments made by Friday, January 28. If you are unsure if you have paid for the entire year, please contact Jenni with your questions. If payment is not received by the end of January, your child will stop receiving milk for break.

Catholic Schools Week Kick Off and Dance: Attached is the invite to the Catholic Schools Week dance which will be held after the 4:30 pm liturgy on Saturday, Jan. 29. We hope that you will join us as we “Glow for the Gold”!
