Baptism
Are you expecting a baby?
Recently welcomed a baby?
Becoming a Godparent?
Congratulations! New life is a great blessing. We are delighted to assist you in bringing your child(ren) to life in Christ and His Church through the sacrament of baptism.
Infant Baptisms are typically scheduled during or immediately after weekend Masses.
Our parish offers Baptismal Preparation Classes to help parents (and Godparents!) grow in their understanding of the sacrament of Baptism.

Parents Seeking Baptism for Older Children
Growing in Faith Together (GIFT) is a process of faith formation designed to help children older than the typical age of reception prepare to receive sacraments and become fully initiated into the Church. Here at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, most children prepare to receive their First Reconciliation and First Eucharist in the second grade. Older children who have not yet received these sacraments, or may not be baptized, participate in weekly classes through GIFT to prepare for their sacraments and a full life in the Church. Please contact Ann O'Leary at annoleary@stclaregreencounty.org or (608) 325-9506 for more information.
