From the Principal's Desk

March 14, 2018

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Thank you to all of our students who showed up to sing in the choir this past Sunday. We had a great turnout of 15 students. Thank you for making a “joyful noise” for our entire parish community.

Fish Fry:  The final Fish Fry of the Lenten Season will be this Friday, March 16. If you would like to volunteer for this event, please contact Jenni in the school office, 325-3395. If you would like to come and join us for fellowship and great food the event will run from 5:00-7:00 pm. Let’s make this final one of the year the best one yet with so many school families there!

Living Stations of the Cross:  Tonight is the Living Stations of the Cross as prepared by our 4th graders. We will begin at 5:45 pm in the gym. If you would like to join us for this wonderful prayerful experience please feel free to do so.

The Monroe Fund:  I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Monroe Fund for their donation towards the water bottle filling stations that we added this year. These stations are important to our students health and well-being. Thanks to the generosity of the Monroe Fund and the Home and School Association we were able to purchase these for our school!

Penny War: The Penny War for 2018 will end on Friday, March 23. Thank you so much for your continued support of this service project. The “winning” class will determine the charity that will receive the proceeds.

Holy Week Schedule:  A reminder that we will be on Spring Break during Holy Week.  I did want to make you aware of the offering during this very special week.

                Holy Thursday:  6:30 pm

                Good Friday Service: Noon

                Easter Vigil:  8:00 pm

                Easter Sunday:  6:30, 8:00, 10:00 am

I hope your family will be able to join your parish family during this Holy Week.

Spring Break:  A reminder that Spring Break will begin after classes on Friday, March 23.  We will return back to school on TUESDAY, APRIL 3.  Please enjoy the time away. Be rested up and ready for the final push to the end of the school year!

SCRIP:  The SCRIP contest will end this Friday, March 16. I encourage you to continue to support our SCRIP program as we work toward our goal. A reminder that every time you purchase a SCRIP card you have the opportunity to help your school (and benefit your family as well through tuition assistance).

Thank you so much for all the support that you give to your school and parish communities. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call, 325-3395 or email,

God Bless,

Joe Peters
