Dear Parents and Guardians:
Tonight is our Art Fair and Spring Concert. The art fair will begin at 5:30 pm and the concert at 6:30. Please plan on joining us for this great night! You can bring your 5th grade basket raffle tickets tonight if you have not turned them in yet.
Congratulation to Annelise Bethke and Megan Chapman (5th graders) who were winners of the Elder Abuse Prevention Contest. Each student received a nice basket of prizes for winning the contest.
Congratulations: If you see Msgr. Larry make sure you congratulate him as he celebrates his 44th year of the priesthood tomorrow, Thursday, May 23.
Graduation: Our 5th Grade Graduation will take place on Monday, June 3 at 5:30 pm in church. After graduation there will be a dinner in the gym. We could use some help to make this event special for our graduating 5th graders. Please contact the office if you would like to help.
Pool Party: We will be heading to the Monroe Pool on Tuesday, June 4 from 12:30-2:30. Students K-5th grade will be going to the pool that day (please pray for sun and warmer temps). You are welcome to join us for that afternoon. When we return from the pool we will do our annual “Clap Out” for our 5th Grade students at 3:10. This is a great way to honor our graduates on their last day of school. If you pick up your child from school, I encourage you to come in and line the halls to show our appreciation of these graduates.
Last Day of School: Our final day for students in 4K through 4th Grade will be on Wednesday, June 5. Dismissal will be at 3:15 that day.
Hot Lunch Accounts: Please make sure you are all paid up for what you owe for hot lunch for the 2018-19 school year. If you have a remaining balance it will be forwarded to the 19-20 school year. If you have questions about your accounts, please do not hesitate to call the office, 325-3395.
Tuition Payments: All tuition payments for the 2018-19 school year should be made by Wednesday, June 5. Thank you in advance for making your payments on time to allow us to “close the books” on the 2018-19 school year.
Thank you so much for all that you do to support our school and parish community. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call the school office, 325-3395, or email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
