Dear Parents and Guardians:

Tonight is the Art Fair and Spring Concert.  We hope that you will join us for a great night of fine arts!  The Art Fair will open at 5:00 pm and the Spring Concert will begin right at 6:30 pm. The doors to the gym will not open until 6:00 pm. There will be 5th Grade Raffle Tickets available to purchase that night. We will be drawing for these that night.  I encourage your child to wear something “cool” but nice (As the gym can get a bit toasty this time of year).

End of the year schedule:  A reminder of the following events happen during the final week of the school year:

Tuesday, June 5 is our 5th Grade Graduation at 5:30 pm in the church.

Wednesday, June 6 we will have a pool party for Kindergarten through Fifth Graders from 12:30-2:30.  We will return to school for our annual Clap Out for our 5th Graders.

Thursday, June 7 is the final day of the school year for students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Dismissal is at 11:10.

End of the Year Picnic:  Home and School will again be sponsoring an end of the year potluck picnic at Recreation Park on Friday, June 1.  We are asking families to bring a dish to pass (an official invite will go in this week’s envelope) as well as their own table service (paper plates and silverware) as well as their own drinks. Please join us to celebrate an end to an amazing year!

Graduation Volunteers:  We are still looking for families in Kindergarten and Fourth grade to help with this year’s graduation dinner.  This is a wonderful way to show support to our graduating families as they finish their time here. If you are not a family of Kindergarten and Fourth grade but would like to help, please contact the school office, 325-3395. Thanks!

Calendar for 2018-19:  In today’s family envelope is listed the events for the 2018-19 school year.  It is never too early to get these on the your family’s calendar.  Please realize not all events are listed, and as always, things are subject to change.  I do want to remind you all that St. Victor School ONLY will be off on April 22-23-24 for the teachers to attend the National Catholic Education Association’s National Convention in Chicago.

Position Available:  Due to changes in staff for the upcoming 2018-19 school year, St. Victor School will be looking for a full-time person to fill the role of librarian and 4K aide for the 2018-19 school year. The position is 40 hours a week, throughout the school year. If you are interested in learning more about the position, please feel free to call school, 325-3395 or email,

Please make sure you make all tuition and hot lunch payments before the end of the year. This allows us to be able to close our books on the 2017-18 school year.

Thank you so much for choosing St. Victor School for your child’s education. We are blessed to be part of something special here. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call, 325-3395 or email,

God Bless,

Joe Peters
