Dear Parents and Guardians:
Happy Cheese Days Week! Here are some updates, there is also a separate packet of information for those involved in all the activities. Decorating for adults only will take place tonight at 5:30 pm at Coplien Painting (N2577 Coplien Rd.) We need as many students as possible to show off our great Swiss Singing by joining us on Friday at 4:00 pm on the southside of the Square. Students in 1st-6th grade are strongly encouraged to join us in singing. Upon completion of the concert, we will walk to get our spot in the children’s parade which will begin at 5:00 pm. All students 4K-6th grade can join us in the children’s parade.
If you would like to park in the parish or school lot on Friday, Sept. 16 and walk to the Square you are welcome to join us at 3:45 pm. (to be honest you probably aren’t going to get much closer to the Square).
Picture Day: Sept. 21 is our school picture day! Please bring your best smile! All students will have their picture taken for the classroom composites. Even if you paid online you need to make sure you inform Mrs. Coplien of that.
Friday, Sept. 23 there is NO SCHOOL for St. Victor School ONLY! This is a day for professional development for the Diocese of Madison. Enjoy your long weekend.
Tuesday, Sept. 27 is the fall Home and School General Meeting. This parent only meeting will take place at 6:00 pm in the school gym. During that meeting we will discuss future plans and get the rundown of events that are happening. Please plan on joining us that evening. The meeting will last about an hour.
Free and Reduced: According to government rules, those families who qualify for free and reduced and choose to take milk with a cold lunch from home your family will be charged $0.50 per milk. Milk with the hot lunch is part of the lunch and is free or reduced. If you have questions about this, please feel free to contact Jenni at the office.
ALICE: Located in today’s family envelope is the explanation of the ALICE procedures. This is the program we use in an event of an intruder in the building. Please take time to read over this information carefully. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at school.
