Dear Parents and Guardians:
Tonight’s concert will take place starting at 6:30pm at the Twining Park Band Shell. There are bleachers but you can also bring your own chairs as well. We look forward to a great night. Students should wear nice yet casual clothing for the concert. No costumes, props, hats, jeans, or shirts with words or logos. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SHORTS ARE APPROPRIATE IN LENGTH(should not be shorter than the students fingertips when they put their hands at their sides.)
Withdrawal Slip: If your child is NOT RETURNING to St. Victor School OR the School District of Monroe (4K-6th) there is a withdrawal form located in your family envelope today. You need to fill out one for each one of your children. Please fill out and return to the office before June 5. This form removes them from the School District of Monroe financial program and also includes email updates (which you will not need if you are not attending their schools). Again, not everyone is receiving these, only those families who have notified us they are not returning back here to school (or to the school district).
Help Wanted: We have two aide positions open at school for the 23-24 school year. We are looking for a 4K aide to work approximately 32 hours a week (4 days M-Th) from 7:45-3:15 and one aide to work in our Kindergarten program next year from 7:45-12:00 M-F. If you are interested in either of these positions please stop by or request an application from the office. Our goal is to begin interviews in the near future. June 10 Liturgy: Please plan to join us for mass on Saturday, June 10. This will be a going away for Fr. T., he does not know that the students will be reading and singing, so let’s make it a great celebration for him. Following mass the Knights of Columbus will be having a meal to honor Fr. T. (your family does not need to be at the meal, but would be great for you to be at mass).
Yard Signs: We do have a few more yard signs promoting our school. If you would like one please stop by or give the office a call. Thanks for helping promote our school to the community!
Snack: Snack will not be provided on Monday, June 5 and Tuesday, June 6. If your child would like to bring a snack for those days that would be great.
