Dear Parents and Guardians:

Thank you again for your support as we work through changes in COVID procedures. We will continue to wear masks and encourage you to keep your child home if they are symptomatic. If you have questions about quarantine please feel free to contact the office and we will try to work your way through it.

Mardi Gras Raffle Tickets: As in previous years we will have “school wide” rewards for reaching certain goals for selling raffle tickets. Again your support of Mardi Gras is important to the success of the event. The following event will happen when we reach our goals:

300 tickets sold-Mr. Peters will spend the day in a “chicken suit”, greeting you in the car line as well as spending the entire day in the suit.

500 tickets sold- The students will each get to add a piece of duct tape to keep Mr. Peters up and going as we tape him against the wall.

700 tickets sold- A movie and popcorn party at school! NO HOMEWORK that day!

800 tickets sold-One special student will become “principal for the day” as well as another special “surprise that all students will love to see”!

We hope by establishing these levels, we can get our raffle tickets sold for the event and have some great fun along the way!

Catholic Schools Week: Attached is the list of the events for the week of Jan. 29-Feb. 4. This is such a great and fun week of celebrating our uniqueness as a Catholic school. During Catholic Schools week we do many activities as our “Faith Family” group, so we have attached your child’s Faith Family group and the color we would like them to wear. The 4:30 pm mass will kick off our Catholic Schools Week celebration. We are looking for students to be part of the children’s choir at that mass. The dance will begin following the mass at 5:30 in the school gym. We hope your family can join us, a mask will be required for both singing in choir and for attendance at the dance. If you have any questions about any of the events, please feel free to contact the school. It is going to be a great week!

Tuition Statements: There is a statement regarding your tuition payments for the 2021 school year. Along with the Private School Tuition Tax Form. Please review carefully and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Marci at the Parish Center (608)325-9506.

Menu Change Jan. 25: The main entree for Jan. 25 will now be hot dogs.
