Dear Parents and Guardians:

4K Registration: There is an information sheet in the family envelope. You need to register through the School District of Monroe. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office.

4K Intent Forms: In today’s family envelope there is a letter asking about your future plans for your child regarding Kindergarten. This intent form is in no way “binding” but it does give us a preliminary count moving forward. Tutiition Contracts (our registration forms) will come out in March, which will have more detailed information about enrolling. If you have any questions or would like to know more about our Kindergarten program, please do not hesitate to call or email me. We would love to have your family continue as part of our St. Victor School family.

Mardi Gras: The excitement is heating up! We look forward to an amazing event on Feb. 18 at Turner Hall. This week we will be taking pictures of students that will be on display at Turner Hall the evening of the event. If you would like your child NOT to have their picture taken for this event, please let the office know. We use these photos not only to highlight our school, but also as a chance to raise some extra funds that night. PLEASE sell those raffle tickets! We need to meet our goals (and it is part of your commitment to our school-and required as part of your tuition contract). Included in today's envelope is a donation form to fill out for items to donate to the online auction, be sure to ask any family or friends that may have an item for us to showcase for them, no item is too small, big, simple, silly, etc. There is also an invitation to the event on February 18 and an rsvp form. To help make the night affordable and fun to our school families (without you making St. Victor School your school of choice, there would be no Mardi Gras!!), we are once again offering a discounted rate of $40 (to cover the expenses of food & hall rental) for the evening. Please take this as an opportunity to get a babysitter, enjoy an adult night out with your school family friends, and support our school. You deserve it! This discounted rate is NOT available on our online ticket sales site. The entire Mardi Gras event raises on average $45,000 per year for our students and teachers so every raffle ticket sold, or donation made is important. Thanks in advance for your support of this incredible event!

Catholic Schools Week 2023: In today’s envelope are the detailed events of our Catholic Schools Week. We will kick off with liturgy on Saturday, Jan. 28, followed by our dance. There is an RSVP form we ask you to fill out and pay your money($3.00 per person attending to cover the cost of food) so we can order enough food for all who are attending. There is also a permission slip for the movie day on Friday, Feb. 3, please fill out and return. Students are invited to sing in the choir for 4:30 mass, and the older students 3-6 grades are asked to do the liturgical roles that night. It is a great way to show off our school to the parish community that does so much for our students.

Spaghetti Dinner Jan. 21: Please join us on Saturday, Jan. 21 in the church basement for our spaghetti dinner and some great fellowship. If you would like to help the night of or bring a dessert please let the office know. There is information in today’s envelope.

Thank you so much for your continued support of St. Victor School. We look forward to continuing to work with your family to grow your children academically, socially and spiritually. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at school (608)325-3395, or via email: joepeters@stvictormonroe.org

God Bless,
