Parent Teacher Conferences: Please make sure you sign up for a Parent Teacher Conference time. Conferences will be held on Thursday, Feb. 17 and Monday, Feb. 21. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your conference, please be aware also the Book Fair will be open during Parent Teacher Conferences.

Mardi Gras 2022: You are receiving one more packet of raffle tickets in the hope that you are able to sell more to your friends and family. We are currently at 223 tickets sold! It would be great to get to 300 by the end of this week! This is an easy way to support our Mardi Gras event. If you would like to purchase a “party pack” please turn in your reservation form to the office. Each party pack is $20 and contains all that you need to make your evening a ton of fun! We are still accepting donations for the virtual auction. Here is the link to a list of items we would like to get to enhance our current auction baskets:

Volunteers for Mardi Gras: Many of you indicated on your tuition contract that you would be able to help the “night of”, due to the fact that we are now a virtual event, we will not need you the evening of February 26, BUT we will need you the night of May 20 (our Dueling Piano Event). So I would ask you to please mark that date in your calendar to help us that evening. More information will be coming on those volunteer opportunities.

Fish Fry: It will soon be Fish Fry season for St. Clare of Assisi Parish. Our amazingly tasty fish frys are held on the following dates: March 4, March 18, April 1, and April 15. All of these will be drive thru again like last year. There is an information sheet in today’s envelope, we look forward to this being a wonderful part of our Lenten season.

STAR Scores: Winter STAR scores are in today’s envelope for students in K-5th grade. These are yours to keep, you do not need to return these back to school. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher regarding these scores.

Thank you so much for all you do to make our school great! We had a wonderful Catholic Schools Week thanks for your support! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at school.

God Bless,

Joe Peters

Principal
