Dear Parents and Guardians:
Happy Easter! I hope and pray that the joy of the Easter season will continue to resonate with your family in the weeks ahead. What a beautiful time of year to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. As spring begins, a reminder about dress code. Students do not need boots anymore. Also, please be aware of the length of the shorts your child is wearing. Students need to be able to hold their arms to the side of their body, and if the shorts are shorter than their fingertips, the shorts are too short and we will be calling you to bring new shorts for them to wear. Also, if a child wears sandals they need to have a back strap and socks need to be worn at all times. I encourage you strongly to check your child on the way out to school to make sure they are dressed appropriately. Thank you in advance for your support of this.

A reminder when you purchase SCRIP cards at face value a percent of that purchase comes back to our Home and School Association! There is information attached to this email regarding the Raise Right program. This is where you are able to order your SCRIP cards online and use them from your digital wallet. It is an easy way to purchase and use. If you have any questions about the SCRIP program, please feel free to contact the office. It is such an easy way to support your child’s education and school. Attached to this email is a flyer for our Last Push SCRIP Contest. We would really appreciate your support and help to achieve our goal.

We will review the year, and discuss the projects that are planned for the summer, as well as future projects and events. We currently have two board positions available for the next two school years: Social Activities and Fundraising. If you would like to be part of the Home and School Board (which meets one time a month for about an hour each meeting), please feel free to reach out to me and let me know you are interested. We hope to see many of you at our meeting on Tuesday, April 27.
