Dear Parents and Guardians:

As we continue to make the final push towards the end of the year, I want to remind you to continue to be vigilant against the COVID 19 virus. As reported by the Green County Health Department variants of the virus are located in Green county. So please continue to social distance, wash your hands, and please stay home if your child shows symptoms. Together we can make sure that we stay in person for the remainder of the year.

Please turn in your tuition contract if you have not done so already. We have begun the process of planning for next year, and we need numbers to order supplies, books, and other materials. If you have any questions about the tuition contract, please contact the office.

Home and School General Meeting: We will be having our spring annual meeting on Tuesday, April 27 at 6:00 pm in the gym. We will review the year, and discuss the projects that are planned for the summer, as well as future projects and events. We currently have two board positions available for the next two school years: Social Activities and Fundraising. If you would like to be part of the Home and School Board (which meets one time a month for about an hour each meeting), please feel free to reach out to me and let me know you are interested. We hope to see many of you at our meeting on Tuesday, April 27.

Spring Concert: I am excited to announce that we will be doing our Spring Concert this year at the Twining Park Band Shelter on Wednesday, May 26. We are asking that the students wear their Catholic Schools Week tie dye shirts for the night of the concert!

Fish Fry: Thank you to all who were able to volunteer or drive through to help support the fish frys this year. Even though we were not able to have them in person they were a great success due in part to all who supported them.

Dress Code: A reminder sandals are permitted as long as they have back straps and socks are worn. If your child puts their hands to their sides and their shorts are shorter than their fingertips, they are too short and should not be worn. Thank you in advance for helping make sure your child is dressed appropriately for school.

Thank you so much for all that you do to support our school! We have had a wonderful year, and I appreciate your continued support. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to email me at joepeters@stvictormonroe.org or call (608)325-3395.

God Bless,

Joe Peters

Principal
